Most people are either excited or insensitive regarding christmas...

Curious thing xmas, nowadays a huge lot of theories prove that the whole thing about Jesus' birth is a hoax, he couldn't have lived during winter, yet everyone ignores this and keeps celebrating...

Southpark once combined Jesus and Santa in a xmas special...hasn't anyone stopped to think "whoa, Jesus is a religious figure and Santa is a cultral scandinavian figure, if that's that, then what are we celebrating? religious or cultural?". But well, most people don't think like that.

I'm not gonna start yapping about corporate conspiracies and stuff, 'cause that's simply useless, but what about those who can't have a 'Merry Christmas'? Those unhappy people who are thinking "wtf are my kids gonna have for breakfast?". They are unfortunate ignorant (as in illiterate) people who didn't, doesn't and won't have good school or job opportunities as the rest of us. That's where a bit of socialism would come as a good influence.

Back to the so called xmas: why is it that always there's someone who doesn't enjoy the evening? This year it was my turn, last year my old lady... except last year it was work what screwed up her xmas, this year it was her. Xmas spirit is supposed to be for everyone, but she was programmed since 4 years ago to be that thing that comes and screws up my great evening with something that was her fault... wtf?!

well, I'm going to close this with a phrase: "Holidays are the elevation of human spirit to its highest levels, experiencing feelings which could be felt everyday for a better world"
